Double Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan.

   Arrange pineapple slices and cherry halves on the sugar mixture.

   Mix cake according to package directions (do not substitute pineapple juice for water).

   Beat as directed on package.

   Pour batter over fruit.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for about 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.

   Turn upside down onto a large platter or cookie sheet.
