Preheat oven to 350

In a bowl beat butter and peanut butter until creamy, add the sugars and beat until light and fluffy.

Add egg,,milk and vanilla and mix well.

In a small bowl mix the flour, baking soda, salt, cayeene and black pepper

Mix the flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture just until combined.

Shape dough into 26 balls, roll balls ito the granulated sugar for rolling, place balls on parchment lined baking sheets.

Bake 10 to 14 minutes until golden brown, remove from oven and immediatly press a peanut butter cup into center of cookie.

Be gentle but firm if cookie cracks open gently press back together cool on cookie sheet a few minutes to set before moving to rack to compleatly cool
