1 cup Sugar
1 whole Egg
1/4 cups Molasses
1/4 cups Crystallized Ginger, Chopped
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Cream together butter, sugar, egg and molasses. Stir in crystallized ginger. Add in dry ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
