2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. Special K cereal

Cream butter and sugar.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Add flour, nuts, cocoa and baking powder.

Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Spread marshmallows over cake evenly and bake 2 minutes more.

In saucepan (low heat) melt chips and peanut butter until smooth, stirring.

Stir in cereal and spread on top of cooled bars.
