Double Chocolate Bars Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In large mixing bowl, beat cake mix, oil and egg on medium speed till crumbly.

   Add in nuts and stir till blended.

   Reserving 1 1/2 c. of crumb mix, press remainder firmly in bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.

   In small saucepan combine remaining ingredients.

   Over medium heat cook and stir till chips heat.

   Pour proportionately over mix in pan.

   Top with remaining crumb mix.

   Bake 25-30 min or possibly till bubbly.

    Cold on wire rack in pan.

    Cut into bars and cover loosely at room temperature.
