1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
