2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
2 Large eggs
1/2 c. water
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
2/3 c. carob pwdr
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 c. carob chips
1 c. walnuts, minced

Heat butter.

Beat in brown sugar, honey, Large eggs, water and vanilla till smooth.

In large bowl, sift carob pwdr and flours.

Fold in baking soda and salt.

Add in sugar and egg mix till smooth.

Add in oats, wheat germ and carob chips.

Mix in walnuts.

Chill for several hrs.

Drop by 1/4 c. measure onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
