1/2 cup cold water
1 jar (16 oz.) applesauce
1-1/2 cups chopped apples
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
6 lettuce leaves
