Dorayaki Cream-Filled – a delicious recipe with Honey, Vegetable oil, Egg, Milk, cream, adzuki beans. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Add the honey, vegetable oil, and eggs into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

Add milk and mix well.

Then add the Homemade Pancake Mix and mix.

Don't knead the mixture.

Heat an electric griddle to 140C.

Use a ladle to spread the mixture over the griddle.

Once the top layer starts to bubble turn over and lightly cook.

Once it's cooked, set it on top of a kitchen towel.

Be sure not to let them overlap with each other.

Place a tightly wrung towel on top to allow it to become moist.

Put the heavy cream into a bowl and whip until foamy.

Add the adzuki and mix with a rubber spatula.

Cool the adzuki cream mixture from Step 5, then place in between the pancakes you made in Step 4 and it's complete.
