1 1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tbsp. Spry (not melted)
4 egg yolks, well beaten

1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1 c. lowfat milk

Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and nutmeg together 3 times.

Cream shortening, add in sugar and beat till light and fluffy.
