   Make deep slits in the side of each hot dog and stuff with as much cheese as possible, about 6 tablespoons each. Halve the flour tortillas, then wrap each hot dog in a tortilla half. Secure ends with toothpicks. Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375u00b0. Fry wrapped hot dogs a few at a time being careful not to crowd. Cook only 2 to 3 minutes or until tortillas are puffed and golden brown. Drain well and serve immediately with mustard-picante mixture. Makes 4 servings.
