Done in 10 minutes! Chocolate-Cocoa Cookies

   Soften the butter and add the sugar to it.

   Cream well until it's pale and fluffy.

   Add the beaten egg in several batches while mixing well.

   Add the cake flour, cocoa and chocolate chips and form into a dough.

   Wrap the dough in kitchen parchment paper, etc., form its shape, and rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

   Slice about 5mm thick.

   Bake in a preheated 170C oven for about 20 minutes.

   Here, I added sliced almonds instead of chocolate chips.
