Doll Festival Sushi Cake

   Mix the sushi vinegar into warm rice, mixing it together as if cutting as it cools.

   Drain the tuna, and mix it together with the mayonnaise.

   Whisk the egg, mix in the sugar, and make a Japanese omelette with just 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

   Use the rest of the egg as filling.

   Pack the rice into a springform pan.

   Spread all of the egg filling.

   Cover with more rice on top, spread out the tuna filling, and cover with more rice.

   Remove it from the cake mold.

   Cover with nori seaweed, and top it with the other ingredients.

    If you thinly slice fresh ginger at an angle, it looks like flower petals.Cut the omelette into long, thin strips.

    Cut the tomatoes in half.

    When decorating the whole cake, squirt a little bit of mayonnaise (not listed) onto the bottom half of the tomatoes, and press them onto the cake.

    Cut the fish sausages with a cookie cutter.

    It will be adorable if you use the ginger to make flowers around the edges as shown above!
