   Drain pineapple; reserve juice.

   Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste; rub with garlic and thyme.

   Brown chicken in oil in non-stick skillet.

   In bowl combine 2 tsp.

   pineapple juice with cornstarch.

    In separate bowl combine honey and mustard; stir into skillet with remaining pineapple juice.
