1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. diced ripe bananas

Beat eggs and sugar together slightly; set aside.

Mix all dry ingredients:

Add egg mixture.

Add the bananas to the dry ingredients along with the oil, vanilla and crushed pineapple with juice.

Stir mixture, do not beat.

Pour into a greased tube pan.

Bake at 350u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Set aside to cool on a rack without removing from the pan.
