3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. melted butter
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
4 chicken breast halves (boneless)
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of paprika

Blend bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, melted butter and garlic salt.

Dip chicken into butter and the bread crumbs.

Roll each piece into firm roll and toothpick each one. Put in pan to bake at 325u00b0 to 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.

Sprinkle lemon juice and drizzle remaining butter over chicken.
