Add ground turkey into a skillet over medium heat, and cook and stir the turkey until the meat gives up some of its fat, 2 to 3 minutes; Cook and stir until the turkey is crumbly and no longer pink and the vegetables are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes. Stir in the cooked brown rice

Stir in half a bunch of cilantro, finely chopped. Stir in cooked brown rice and adjust seasonings to taste.
