Dirty Potatoes

   Wash the potatoes and rub the outside with butter and seasoning salt.

   Place in a 350F oven for 1 hour.

   Let cool.

   Cut top off and hollow out each potato.

   Add milk, sour cream, green onions, 1 cup of cheese and bacon bits to the scooped out potato and mash together.

   Scoop potato mixture back into skins and top with remaining cheese and bacon bits.

   Put back in oven about 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
