Dirty Dry Martini

   In a shaker about half full with ice, pour in splash of gin and shake it lightly to coat with gin. Pour gin out of shaker. Mix in Vodka, vermouth, and olive juice in shaker with ice. Shake ingredients together vigorously until adequately chilled. Next, take a chilled martini glass and pour contents of shaker in to glass. Place olives on swizzle stick and set in glass. Serve as soon as possible to ensure contents remain chilled.

   For the olive juice, use a brine from a jar of plain green olives. You can use the juice from pimento stuffed olives, but it is a personal preference. Find what suites you best. My absolute favorite olives to use in this martini are Blue Cheese Stuffed Green Olives. It just adds a wonderful tang to the martini. This recipe has plenty of room to adjust the ingredients to taste. Don't be afraid to try a few different ways in one night. Please drink responsibly!
