   Cream butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.

   Set aside.

   Combine milk and pudding mix in large bowl; mix well.

   Let stand until partially set.

   Fold in whipped topping and cream cheese mixture.

   Place cookies in food processor container.

   Process until crumbled.

   Layer cookie crumbs and pudding mixture alternately in 2 plastic flowerpots, ending with cookie crumbs.
