Dirt Cake

   Freeze Oreos and thaw Cool Whip a day ahead.

   Mix and set aside the cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar.

   Combine and beat for two minutes the instant pudding, milk and vanilla.

   Fold the Cool Whip and the cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture. Crush the frozen Oreos in food processor until texture of dirt. Layer pudding mixture and Oreos (3 layers each) in 8-inch flowerpot (preferably new!) ending with a generous layer of cookies.

   Insert artificial flowers and serve with a trowel.

   Adjust recipe for larger or smaller pot.
