Ingredients: 2 cakes yeast; 2 c. small curd cottage cheese; 4 Tbsp. sugar; 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion; 3 Tbsp. margarine; 4 tsp. dill seed; 2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. soda; 2 unbeaten eggs; 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.

Heat 2 cups of cottage cheese until lukewarm and add sugar, minced onion, margarine, dill seed, salt, soda and eggs.

Add softened yeast and flour.

Cover with cup towel and let rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.

Turn into well-greased loaf pan, cover and let rise again until doubled in size.
