9 packets artificial sweetener
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Golden Delicious apple, chopped
1 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs
1/2 c. prunes
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. self-rising flour
vegetable cooking spray

Combine raisins, water and 1 packet sweetener in small saucepan.

Simmer over medium heat until all water is absorbed. In blender, combine oil, apple, applesauce, raisins, prunes, eggs, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla and 8 packets sweetener.

Blend well. In small bowl, combine baking soda, salt and flour.

Add flour mixture to batter.

Mix well.

Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan coated with vegetable spray.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake is light brown.
