In a saucepan add the cranberries, then zest the Lemon, Lime, and Orange. Add the juice of the Lime, and the juice of the Lemon, and the juice and flesh of the orange. Add enough water to cover and add your sugar. Bring to heat and simmer to combine and reduce stirring every 5-10 minutes, for about 45 minutes to an hour. Once the flavors have combined you can throw it in the food processer or blender and very lightly homogenize it. The suace should still be thick and chunky. Then simmer to keep hot until you are ready to serve.

A note on sugar, the amount will vary depending on how sweet you like it I like mine to still have some of the tartness from the cranberries so I don't use that much but if you like it really sweet you could use as much as 1 1/4 cups of sugar.
