Diane'S Scallops In Creamy Garlic Sauce

   Prepare peppers by placing in a foil lined baking pan and place under broiler until blackened on all sides. Remove from oven and place in a zip top bag to steam. When cool, peel and remove seeds. Cut peppers into strips. Prepare pasta of your choice.

   In a saute pan, melt butter until bubbly, add garlic and cook just until soft. Add scallops and cook until just opaque, but not cooked thru. Stir constarch into the half and half then add to pan. As it thickens, add pepper strips. Remove from pan and serve over pasta. Top with sundried tomatoes
