Ingredients: 80 grams Unsalted butter; 35 grams Powdered sugar; 110 grams Cake flour; 20 grams Almond flour; 1 Egg yolk; 2 tsp Instant coffee; 2 tsp Boiling water; 1 tablespon Instant coffee; 1 Granulated sugar; 1 Flour for dusting (bread or cake flour)

Bring the butter to room temperature.

Sift the almond and cake flours together.

Mix the boiling water and instant coffee together to dissolve.

Put the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl.

Beat until white and creamy.
