Ingredients: 1 c. cooking oil; 1 1/2 c. cooked prunes, mashed; 1 1/2 c. chopped Golden Delicious apples; 3 eggs; 8 pkg. sugar substitute; grated rind or 1 orange; 1/2 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. soda; 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. cloves; 1 tsp. nutmeg; 1 c. coconut (not sugared); 1 c. raisins, cut; 4 c. flour

1 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. cooked prunes, mashed
1 1/2 c. chopped Golden Delicious apples
3 eggs
8 pkg. sugar substitute
grated rind or 1 orange
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. coconut (not sugared)
1 c. raisins, cut
4 c. flour

Mix together oil, cooked prunes, chopped apples, eggs and sugar.

Add orange rind and mix well.

Add salt, soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, mix well then add flour and mix.

Add nuts, coconut and raisins.

Mix well, take a teaspoon of mixture and drop on lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, more or less depending on thickness.

Makes 9 to 10 dozen. These cookies freeze well.
