1 c. margarine

Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

Grease bottom and sides of 10-inch tube pan.

Heat applesauce and soda; set aside to cool.

Toss dates and raisins with 2 tablespoons of the flour.

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients with mixer at medium speed, slowly adding applesauce and margarine.

When mixture is smooth, fold in raisins, nuts, dates and coconut.

Turn into pan and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
