   Cut chicken into small pieces qnd fry in oil until lightly browned on sides. Add mixed vegetables and cornstarch and stir well. Add soup and broth and stirring continously until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Season to taste. Prepare

   6 servings of instant mashed potatoes as directed on package. Spoon chicken mixture into heatproof dish. Pipe or spoon mashed potatoes around edge of dish. Place under pre-heated broiler until lightly browned.
