1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 cup Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1/4 cup undiluted evaporated milk
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Streusel Topping

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice; set aside.

In small bowl, blend pumpkin, milk.

In large mixer bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add egg; beat until fluffy.

Alternately add flour and pumpkin mixtures to shortening mixture; beat well after each addition. Combine blueberries and 1 Tbsp. flour.

Gently stir blueberries into batter and spoon into muffin cups.

Sprinkle with streusel topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
