Ingredients: 1 medium onion, chopped; 2 teaspoons garlic, minced; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 2 lbs lean ground turkey; 1 large egg; 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; ½ cup ketchup, divided; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon ground black pepper; ¼ teaspoon chili pepper; 5 teaspoons dried parsley; ¼ teaspoon cumin; 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste; 12 saltine crackers, crushed; 20 vegetable crackers, crushed (I used Kraft Vegetable thins)

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 large egg
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup ketchup, divided
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

5 teaspoons dried parsley

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
12 saltine crackers, crushed

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a medium sized skillet, warm the oil and add in the garlic and onions.

Saute until the onions appear clear.

Set aside.

In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients, setting aside one of the 1/4 cups of ketchup.

Mix just until well combined.

Add in the sauteed onions and garlic.

Mix.

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and brush the top with the remaining ketchup.

Bake for about 50 - 55 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees.F.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 to15 minutes before slicing.
