Delicious, Time-Saving, Fluffy Boiled Potatoes

   Peel the potatoes, chop them into bite-sized pieces, and put them into a pot.

   Cover with water, then boil them until they can be pierced easily with a skewer.

   Shift the lid of the pot and pour out the water.

   Cover and agitate the pot.

   This will fluff them up.
