Delicious Peanut Fried Chicken Pieces

   I slice all my chicken up and run it under some cool water.

   Then you throw it into a bowl with flour and coat each piece well.

   Let it sit while the peanut oil it heating on med-high heat in a flat pan.

   Quick fry the chicken about 20-30 seconds on each side and place into a 9x9 glass dish.

   Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins or until its done.

   I often serve with apple-cranberry chutney and herb flavor couscous.
