1-Start by grinding the Marie biscuits and adding the butter (melted) to create a consistent sticky dough. Spread it through the pie plate and press it well so you'll have a beautifull crust.Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes

2- Mix the juice from the lemon into a bowl together with the condensed milk and next, add the 2 egg yolks and blend carefully.

Add this mixture to the crust and bake in the oven (190u00b0-200u00b0) for about 10 minutes

3- Beat the egg whites until they are quite stiff, add them to the rest of the pie and bake in oven for 5 minutes or until the merengue gets a little golden

4- Wait until it cools off and taste!!!Some love it with ice cream..
