Delicious Enchiladas

   Brown burger in large skillet.

   Place burger in large pan with beans; save grease from meat.

   Add flour to medium hot grease; stir to keep from clumping.

   Cook to golden brown; add chili mix and tomato sauce, stirring constantly.

   Roll burger and bean mixture into tortillas.

   Pour sauce over enchiladas, enough to cover completely.

   Cover with shredded cheese.

   Bake at 375u00b0 until cheese is melted.

   Delicious topped with lettuce, onion, black olives, tomato and picante sauce.
