1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Soften yeast in warm water.

Add 1/2 cup sugar, shortening and salt to scalded milk.

Add 2 cups flour and beat well.

Add eggs, yeast and lemon flavoring.

Beat well and add remaining flour.
