Delicious Chicken

   In a frying pan, put olive oil.

   Heat it, adding minced garlic and finely chopped onion.

   Stir it up, then remove it from the fire.

   In a roasting pan, place the seasoned pieces of chicken. Add the garlic and onion mixture and the raw, quartered potatoes. Sprinkle parsley and put it in a hot oven at medium temperature (350u00b0 probably) for 1 1/2 hours, being careful not to burn it, only golden brown it.
