Delicious Cabbage

   Brown onion in bacon fat.

   Remove onions from pan.

   Place 1/3 of the sliced cabbage in pan, followed by half of bell pepper, one tomato and half the brown onion.

   Layer with another 1/3 of cabbage and remaining bell pepper, tomato and onion.

   Sprinkle in remaining cabbage and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
