Delicious Broccoli and mushroom salad

   Heat oil in a nonstick skillet.

   Add chopped garlic.

   When the garlic becomes golden, add sliced mushrooms and saute on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

   Then on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or till done.

   Microwave broccoli florets with little amount of water for 2-3 minutes or till medium soft.

   Then add them to the mushrooms.

   Sprinkle salt and ground pepper and mix well.

   Serve as a warm side salad.
