1/4 c. finely minced seeded cucumber
1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves, crushed
1 (1 1/2 lb.) round sour dough bread loaf
6 Oscar Meyer salami slices
6 green pepper rings
6 deluxe American cheese slices
6 red onion rings
6 Louis Rich cooked turkey slices
