butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 c. Uncle Ben's wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. soy sauce

Brown deer, then saute onion and celery in butter until tender.

Mix all ingredients together and bake, covered, at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Remove cover and bake and additional 30 minutes. Serve with a side dish of broccoli.
