Deepdish Puff Pastry Pizza Pie

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Cook sausage links.

   Let cool then slice.

   Grease a 9in pie plate.

   put 1 puff pastry sheet on top and stretch to cover.

   cover bottem in desired amount of ricotta cheese.

   Add desired amount of sauces.

   Cover with a layer sausage.

   Top with cheese.

    Cover with puff pastry.

    cut around the edge of the pie plate and crimp edges to seal.

    Beat egg and water to make egg wash and brush on top then cut slit on top to vent.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

    Let sit 5 minutes to cool before cutting.
