Preheat oven to 450 F. Spray a 9x13 pan or similar sized cast iron skillet with non-stick spray.

Set aside.

Roll out or hand stretch your dough so its a bit bigger than the size of your pan.

Youll want it to come up the sides.

Lay the dough inside of the pan and press it up the sides.

You can fold it and make it pretty if you like.

Poke the bottom of the crust a couple of times with a fork.

Place in preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Now carefully (do not burn yourself!)

line the bottom of the crust with half of your Mozzarellissima cheese.

Add a layer of ham (use all of it).

Add a layer of Parmesan (use about 1/3 of it).

Add a layer of pepperoni (use all of it).

Add another layer of Parmesan (use another 1/3).

Add a layer of Canadian bacon (use all of it).

Add another layer of the remaining Parmesan.

Pour your sauce over top.

Add the rest of your Mozzarellissima cheese.

Place in oven again and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes depending on how you like your cheese.

Remove it from the oven and let it stand for a few minutes.

Cut into slices.
