Sift together all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) and add to wet mixture about 3/4 cup at a time.

If you are using a glass or light colored baking dish bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

If you are using a darker colored dish drop the temperature down to 325 and bake for 50-55 minutes.
