   Make buscuit dough by combining flour and butter to form crumbs then add the milk spoon by spoon not all at once until a dough is formed wrap and leave on fridge for an hour.

   Combine the soft cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl and add the chopped jalepenos

   Roll the buscuit dough really thin and cut into squares about 4 inches wide and 4 inches in height add the cheese mix into the middle and shape into a ball to cover the filling.

   Lay your bacon out and wrap it round your little balls seal with a tooth pic

   Heat oil to about 150 and cook for between 8 and 10 minutes drain and serve .
