Death By Chocolate(Serves 18 To 20)

   Bake cake as directions indicate; while still warm pierce with fork and pour on Kahlua or coffee.

   Set aside.

   Make pudding and chill.

   Break cake in small pieces.

   Crush the candy bars and shave the milk chocolate bar.

   Layer in large glass bowl or trifle dish as follows:

   cake, pudding, crushed candy, sprinkle with chocolate chips, sprinkle with nuts, Cool Whip.

   Continue until bowl is full.

   End with Cool Whip and top with shaved candy bar. Refrigerate a couple of hours.
