Dave'S Guacamole

   Put the spices in a small bowl with the lime juice - let it sit.

   Dice tomatoes, onions, lettuce and optionally pineapple. Fine chop the cilantro. Mix this all (not the pineapple) with the avocados and gently mash/chop with a fork.

   Add the lime/spice mix last and stir. Continue to stir/mash/chop with a fork until you get the desired consistency. If your making the pineapple variety add it last and stir, don't mash or chop.
