2/3 c. shredded coconut
2/3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
liquid sweetener to equal 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. dates
