Date Ball Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

   In a large bowl beat eggs adding the sugar a bit at a time.

   Add dates, coconut, walnuts, and vanilla.

   Bake in a 2 qt casserole dish for 30 minutes.

   While hot beat with a spoon.

   When cool, roll into balls and then coat with powder sugar.
