Dark Chocolate And Almond Cake

   Beat the butter with the sugar and egg yolks until creamy.

   Melt the chocolate in the microwave with three tbsps. of water (3 minutes) and add it to the egg yolk mixture.

   Add the vanilla.

   Grind the almonds in the blender and add it to the mixture.

   Beat the egg whites until they form peaks in a separate bowl, approximately 4 minutes, and fold in the egg yolk mixture.

   Bake at 180 C for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

   Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
